Mastic & caulking products are usually a self leveling epoxy, installed in expansion joints for pools, decks, driveways, walks, and most other control joints.  Vertical joints and Slantwall jobs require other products we stock.

We have been successful in working with over 130 builders and thousands of individual homeowners in all areas of Texas for 16+ years.

Our purpose is to protect the surrounding structure from water penetration, weed growth and pest invasion with many mastic products, or what homeowners often call caulking.  The finished product is a caulk-like polyurethane material that has a flexible, grout-like appearance that is pleasing to the eye.

Swimming pools and decks, driveways, sidewalks and parking lots have expansion/control joints that need the protection and aesthetic appearance of our products and services.
